innodb_thread_concurrency并发数设置

设置为32后，确实CPU得到了利用，但很多的SQL一直被卡住，不能运行。。还是恢复到8后，一切正常，可能还是和MYSQL版本有关系吧。。

set global innodb_thread_concurrency = 32;
set global innodb_thread_sleep_delay = 30;
set global innodb_sync_spin_loops = 100;
